Mental gains can be even more rewarding than the physical ones. Workouts make you feel good.  Exercise discipline is good for the mind.  It leaks out into other areas of your life, and enhances your experience.  Mental energy is everything.

 

learning the skill of being out of your physical comfort zone is key, especially breathing.  developing the ability to focus through fatigue and bring your breath back is vital for shifting into a stronger mindset and enhancing your gains.

 

Joe encourages clients to push past the fear of failure and ego, urging them to shut down negative thoughts that hinder progress. He believes that everyone has the opportunity to thrive in their body and transform it to its highest capacity.
